AI and Cybersecurity Expert
Meet Lucia Kobzova
I am a technology journalist, analyst, and educator focused on artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and digital wellbeing.
Over the past years, I have worked at the front lines of how technology enters public institutions, schools, and public debate — translating complex systems into comprehensive insights, influencing how AI is taught and discussed, and challenging decisions that treat human rights and ethics as an afterthought.
I work with AI not to promote speed or hype, but to insist on responsibility, safety, and human agency. I challenge the idea that harm is an acceptable side effect of progress, and I push back against the quiet normalization of systems that shape attention, behavior, and decision-making without accountability.
My academic grounding in Digital, New Technology and Public Policy at Sciences Po Paris gave me the tools to connect technology with governance, ethics, and real-world consequences — and the conviction that choosing not to intervene is itself a political act.
I advocate for technology that is accountable, human-centered, and trustworthy.

Technology is never neutral—it can either empower or oppress. That’s why I fight for the responsible use of tech, human rights, and justice for the communities most impacted by digital inequalities and harmful technologies. Innovation should serve everyone, not just the privileged few.
